About the Founder

Meet Cole Merritt

I'm a Kansas City kid, born and raised. 29 years old, still here, wouldn't change it. When I'm not running deal data I'm somewhere outside — hiking, camping, or checking on one of my cabins in Colorado or Tennessee. My chocolate lab Mack comes with. He's 90 pounds and terrible at carrying gear but he's never steered me wrong.

I got into Fix & Flip because I liked building something real. What I didn't expect was how stacked the game already was. Institutional buyers moving through my same target markets had whole analytics teams. Off-market pipelines. Rehab models. Employment trend data. I had a spreadsheet and a gut feeling.
